Refund Policy

We at Holy Grounds Coffee Ltd. are committed to providing you with high-quality bags of roasted coffee and accessories.  However, we understand that there might be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please read our return policy below for more information:

1. Returns Eligibility:

Bags of roasted coffee are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its whole bean, original condition unopened, and unused.
Purchases of non coffee products are eligible for return as well.  To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Opened bags of roasted coffee or ground coffee are not eligible for return due to the perishable nature of the product.
Products that have been personalized, customized, or used are not eligible for return.

3. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at holygrounds@sjogcs.org
Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to reasons other than an error on our part (change of mind, wrong product ordered, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned product reaches us safely.

5. Refunds/Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 30 business days. or an exchange will be processed, as per your preference.

6. Refund Processing Time:

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
