We are looking to create great coffee, with a great purpose, with even greater people behind it.
Holy Grounds Coffee Ltd. began in May 2021 and is a program of St. John of God Community Services, which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. This organization has a mission to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities and to create a hospitable space where people may experience dignity and respect. Based in Westville, New Jersey, this St. John of God location provides multi-dimensional services to individuals and families throughout each stage of life. Our programs include Early Intervention, Adult Job Training and Day Services, Adult Therapeutic Recreation, Ticket to Work, Religious Education and Clinic Services.

Our Goals
Employment
Holy Grounds Coffee was developed to provide employment opportunities for adults with special needs. Our clients learn valuable job skills by roasting, weighing, and packaging our beloved coffee. The clients are engrained in every aspect of Holy Grounds from our unique coffee bag design to community events.
Hospitality
Walking in the footsteps of our founder, Saint John of God, we provide compassionate hospitality to all. We strive to make the world a better place by caring for each and every person we interact with.
Quality
We strive to roast delicious and high quality coffee sourced from sustainable and impactful farms all around the world. Our dedication to quality shows in every sip.
